In this service for foreign Clients we providing:

Company is located in Poznan, Great Poland Voivodeship, and business oriented city. If Client wants to open company in other cities, we will make an additional consultation. 

Readymade company is aged around 2-3 years which is helping for obtaining temporary residence card in shorter time. We will provide the company from our list.

PROCEDURE Consultations Contract signing. Payment for the company, POA, documentation. At the agreed date Client is coming to Poland for 4-5 days, based on any country any designation Schengen visa. We are doing notary purchasing act of the company. The next day we are applying in Registry Court for shareholder changing. Applying the residence card. After 7-8 months Client are receiving TRC

 

FEES:

For readymade company a –  15000 EUR

For TRC services (representing Client as an official attorney, attaching documents, giving updates and clarifications) -  10000  EUR (per person)

Investment (refundable, see below) - 10000 EUR

IMPORTANT! For getting TRC based on the readymade company will be needed investment in Polish company for amount 10.000 EUR. We will provide the Polish company as investment object on the following terms (investment 10000 EUR for 4 years, monthly return 250 EUR on Client company bank account, yearly return 3000 EUR, total return 12000 EUR, yearly interest 5%, total interest 20%) with official notary agreement . Thanks to investing in Polish company and having aged company in Poland Clients will get Business Base TRC. Agreement will be officially notarized with the weight of government document. It will give a base for showing that the company is positive influencer on Polish national economy and based on that TRC will be granted for the company shareholder or shareholders on business investment base.

Requirements

-      Age above 25 yrs

-      Bank balance to show at least equivalent of 15.000 USD (optional)

-      No past criminal record

-      No past offence to Schengen Immigration Law

Readymade company in Poland which Client will purchase can be a perfect instrument to lead the business there, and can be fully tailored to his needs. You can choose company new name, new types of activity- just as fitted for the business. Applying for Polish residence card automatically extending your staying after visa expiration, by special passport stamp- on your request- but the stamp is valid for the territory of Poland only. Based on the Immigration Power of Attorney we will lead Client residence case till the positive decision. Also- Client will have access to the Immigration system to check the case, by unique code and password.

 

Q&A

Is there any possibility that card will be rejected?

No, the worst thing which can be in the process there can be 2-3months delay for the positive decision and the card issuance. We are leading the case of the Client, that means that we will fulfill all requirements of the immigration office and we will attach any documents needed for the process. Mediocre period of the processing is 6-8 months.

 

Do Client has to show any additional documents from his side?

Basically no, the only document needed it may be bank statement from Your country on residence, probably needed at the second stage of the process. Police clearance certificate is not required.

 

For how long Client have to come to Poland to apply?

Client have to come for 4-5 working days, which will be sufficient for: obtaining the company, signing investment agreement, applying for TRC, opening personal bank account etc. Before visiting us You will receive detailed plan of all actions for us. We will also book Your hotel in Poznan, with good standard and location.

 

On which visa Client can come?

Client can come to Poland on any Schengen visa, which is easy to receive, and possible to reach Poland from this country.
