Italy Citizenship by Investment

How to Get Citizenship in Italy

 

Step 1: ITQAN due diligence and compliance approval of applicants 

• Preliminary questionnaire form is necessary for us to collect your confidential information (see sample in attachment)
• We will need your passport copies
• Proof of residence (utility bill/ bank statement)  
• National ID or Tax code number of your country where you are residing
• A positive result will be valid for 7 days only due to security reasons 
• Timeframe: 1-3 days

 

Fee: Typically we request €2,000 deposit per applicant which is non refundable if compliance is not positive result

 

Step 2: Italian 5 year Permanent Residency Application

• POA by notary and apostil stamp required by applicant (original copies in English and Italian)
• Rental Agreement (property rental or purchase organized by ITQAN, *rental fees paid by applicant)
• Travel to Italy to complete biometrics will be required therefore Shenghen Visa Type D is required to procure by applicant (we will provide supporting documentation which includes letter from Municipality confirming your residence application)
• Airport pickup, & dinner included by ITQAN
• Online application status tracking available with the questure poliziadistato government website
• Italian Tax code will be provided by the Italian Agenzia Entrate government website 
• Invoice registered with Chamber of Commerce will be provided confirming Guaranteed completion of services 
• Timeframe: 6-8 weeks

 

Total Fee: €30,000 per adult applicant (inclusive of deposit as per Step 1), the 2 children’s residency will be complimentary  

 

Step 3: Italian Citizenship with Passport

• Must Travel to Italy to pick up the passport when requested by ITQAN
• Airport pickup, & dinner included by ITQAN
• Invoice registered with Chamber of Commerce will be provided confirming Guaranteed completion of services
• Timeframe: Fast Track passport processing by  ITQAN endeavored within 6-8 months

 

Total Fee: €60,000 for first applicant. 40,000 for spouse, children are 50,000 each, Payment required only after the Permanent Residence is granted.
